In line with our continuous growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Community Development Manager.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
Menyusun strategi pengembangan komunitas secara menyeluruh
Mengevaluasi dan memberikan arahan strategis terkait pelaksanaan program community development
Menetapkan dan memastikan implementasi SOP serta standar operasional program community development
Menyusun budget dan CAPEX tahunan terkait kegiatan community development
Melakukan monitoring perkembangan dan dinamika sosial masyarakat di wilayah Bandung Barat
Menjalin dan mengelola hubungan dengan pihak eksternal seperti pemerintah, masyarakat, organisasi, dan institusi terkait
Menyusun laporan strategis dan evaluasi program untuk manajemen
Melakukan monitoring administrasi dan pelaporan operasional community development
Memimpin, mengembangkan, dan melakukan evaluasi kinerja tim community development
Kualifikasi :
Pendidikan minimal S1 bidang Hukum, Manajemen atau bidang terkait
Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang community development, stakeholder relation, township management, atau commercial property
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, networking, dan stakeholder management yang baik
Berpengalaman dalam strategic planning, budgeting, dan operational management
Memiliki leadership, problem solving, dan decision-making skill yang baik
Teliti dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi serta reporting yang baik
Memahami dinamika sosial masyarakat dan koordinasi dengan instansi terkait menjadi nilai tambah
