Qualifications:
1. Minimum education of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Tourism/Hospitality majors prefered).
2. 1-3 years of work experience as an operator, or in travel agent operations is an advantage.
3. Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
4. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
5. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
6. Able to handle guest inquiries, coordinate and provide accurate information with relevant departments.
7. Proficient in using computers, email, WhatsApp, and other operational applications.
8. Responsive, proactive, polite, and demonstrates good work ethics in handling the responsibilities.
9. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
10. Good in partner aquisition and maintain good relations with partner vendors.
11. Willing to work in shifts (if required).
12. Based in Bali and or understand within bali area situation.
