Account Manager – Energy Solutions & Projects (ESP)
The Account Manager – Energy Solutions & Projects (ESP) is responsible for developing and managing strategic business opportunities within the Energy Solutions & Projects (ESP) division, with a primary focus on Oil & Gas clients and advanced inspection solutions, including drone-based inspection services.
This role is responsible for managing long-cycle, project-based sales opportunities, supporting tender activities, and driving revenue growth from high-value projects. The successful candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, structured sales execution capabilities, and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders in complex project environments.Drive project-based sales for Oil & Gas clients by promoting drone inspection, asset integrity, and advanced inspection solutions.
Account Management & Business Growth
Develop and manage key customer accounts, primarily within the Oil & Gas sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Represent TÜV SÜD in client meetings, technical discussions, and industry engagements.
Position TÜV SÜD as a long-term strategic partner for inspection and asset integrity projects.
Business Development, to promote advanced inspection solutions, including:
Drone-based inspections
Remote visual inspection (RVI)
Asset integrity and condition monitoring solutions
Position TÜV SÜD as a technology-driven inspection partner
Pipeline Management
Maintain qualified pipeline aligned with project-based targets
Ensure proper opportunity qualification and follow-up
Focus on high-value and high-probability opportunities
Tender & Sales Execution, to support and participate in tender processes, including:
Opportunity and risk assessment
Proposal preparation and submission
Commercial clarification and negotiation
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for integrated solution alignment
Drive deal closing and contract finalization
Revenue Realization & Cashflow Support
Ensure smooth commercial handover to Operations for execution
Coordinate with Operations to maintain client alignment toward project completion and Completion Letter (BAST) issuance
Accountable for Invoice and Collection for every delivered work under the handled accounts
Maintain strong coordination with Operations, Technical team, Legal, HR and Finance/Admin to ensure alignment between project execution and commercial milestones.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in TIC / inspection / industrial technical services sales
Experience in handling project-based sales or tender processes
Understanding of Oil & Gas industry
Proven exposure to inspection technologies, asset integrity services, or drone-based solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
Ability to manage structured, long-cycle sales processes
NOTE:
This role will be assigned in Duri, Bengkalis, Riau.
