Job Description

As a Co-Founder of our NGO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic vision, driving operational excellence, and expanding our impact across both sustainable furniture production and social initiatives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Strategic Leadership:

Collaborate with the existing team to refine and articulate the NGO's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.

Develop and implement strategies to scale our furniture production while maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability.

Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and impact within the recycled furniture industry and social programs.

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production processes, quality control, and timely delivery of furniture products to customers.

Establish and manage partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the furniture industry.

Implement effective systems for inventory management, logistics, and customer service.

Social Programs and Initiatives:

Lead the design and execution of social programs funded by NGO profits, with a focus on consultancy services to SME companies.

Develop partnerships with SMEs to provide tailored consultancy services aimed at enhancing their sustainability practices, operational efficiency, and growth potential.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of social programs, using data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes and maximize social value.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections to ensure financial sustainability and transparency.

Oversee fundraising efforts, including grant applications, donor relations, and corporate sponsorships to support NGO operations and social programs

Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as a passionate advocate for sustainable practices, social impact, and affordable housing solutions within the NGO sector and broader community.

Cultivate relationships with government agencies, NGOs, academic institutions, and other stakeholders to advocate for policy changes and collaborations that support our mission.
