Lead and develop Store Managers and operational teams across all stores within the district.
Ensure the achievement of sales targets, transactions, margins, shrinkage, and inventory days.
Monitor store performance through regular visits and analysis of operational reports.
Ensure the implementation of SOP's, service standards, and stock control procedures across all stores.
Control operational costs and store productivity in line with the company’s budget.
Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR teams to support district operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a District/Area Manager (Retail Groceries is a plus).
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with data and financial reports.
Willing to be placed around Jakarta & Tangerang.
