Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategy to drive GMV growth.
- Monitor platform performance and optimize traffic, conversion, and AOV.
- Manage product category and SKU performance across platforms.
- Lead affiliate and creator partnerships to scale sales contribution.
- Plan and execute major e-commerce campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6+ years experience in e-commerce or online sales especially in Beauty Industry
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and marketplace ecosystem.
- Experience driving GMV growth and managing affiliate/creator programs.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
- Willing to be placed at Kawasan Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
