Responsibilities
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with key vendors and suppliers
Conduct market research and vendor sourcing activities
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and governance standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and legal teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or related field,
5 or more years experience in Procurement with proven experience in leading a Procurement department, preferably in the agribusiness, feedmill or FMCG
Proven skills in negotiation, supplier relationship management, and contract handling
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Familliar with SAP Program
Placement in Lampung
