We are looking for a senior professional to lead sourcing and buying of lifestyle & fashion products from domestic and international vendors. You will drive strategic merchandise decisions, manage supplier relationships, and ensure optimal inventory and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source products from local and overseas vendors, maintaining strong supplier networks and negotiating competitive prices.
• Analyze target segments, market trends, and sales data to define sourcing and buying strategy.
• Ensure incoming products meet quality and quantity standards in coordination with the inbound team.
• Plan product categories, manage inventory, and monitor buying budgets.
• Handle merchandise clearance and slow-moving inventory.
• Monitor orders, shipments, distribution, and sales reporting with proper documentation.
• Make strategic merchandise decisions, including product selection, seasonal buying, and budget allocation.
• Perform other purchasing and merchandising tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Buyer or Merchandiser in retail, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate prices, costs, quality, inventory, and sales trends.
• Creative and initiative-driven in selecting and handling seasonal products or brands.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Chinese/Korean) preferred.
• Proven ability to take ownership of buying decisions and lead sourcing strategy independently.
