Digital Marketing Specialist JUVA

Main Responsibilities :

•? ?Monitor and support the execution of digital marketing activities, including paid ads and KOL campaigns.

•? ?Coordinate with external partners to ensure campaign deliverables run according to plan and timeline.

•? ?Track campaign performance and summarize key insights from ongoing and completed activities.

•? ?Maintain campaign trackers, KOL databases, and documentation on a regular basis.

•? ?Support the preparation of briefs, feedback, and improvement points for campaign execution.

•? ?Assist internal coordination to ensure digital activities align with brand and campaign objectives.

•? ?Help identify issues or optimization opportunities and report them to the team lead.

Requirements :

•? ?Bachelor’s degree from any major (preferably Marketing, Business, or related fields).

•? ?Strong interest and passion for the beauty industry and digital marketing.

•? ?1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).

•? ?Familiar with digital marketing channels such as paid ads and KOL/influencer activities (experience in both will be a plus).

•? ?Good organizational skills with the ability to manage trackers, reports, and documentation.

•? ?Detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with timelines and multiple ongoing tasks.

•? ?Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

•? ?Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and collaborating with cross functional teams.
