Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.

An Office Assistant is a professional who oversees clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail. They keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed to ensure that the workplace is neat and clean for visitors or clients.


  • Ultimately, a successful Admin & Office Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our OFFICE & PROJECTS.

  • Emails & Design administration

  • Ensure all drawings & documentation are ready prior to submission & hence meeting deadline

  • Update progress design stages

  • Provide Operational support to project parties (Job completion, supplies quotation, delivery coordination, hospitality, accommodation, sourcing material & sample)

  • Attend meeting with consultants, vendor, suppliers

  • Involve in Project meeting & responsible for minute of meeting, agenda (weekly)

  • Coordinate between STUDIO & SITE PROGRESS

  • Able to understand, superimpose & oversee various drawings, which consist of (structure engineering, MEX P, interior design, landscape & other specialist)

  • Perform various architectural drawing, interior drawings & presentation (visual communication)

  • Perform design schedule to match project time schedule

  • Assisting in planning & designing with principal

  • Managing client relation

  • Expert in oral & written communication (Indonesia, English)

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Architecture or equivalent.

  • Required language(s): English, Indonesia

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Umasari no 6 Petitenget.

  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

  • Full-Time position(s) available.
