Content Writer & Copywriter (English Required | Mandarin is a Plus)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer & Copywriter to create compelling content for our social media, website, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys storytelling, understands digital marketing, and knows how to write content that informs, engages, and inspires audiences. This role requires excellent English writing skills and the ability to adapt writing styles for different platforms and target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging captions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms

• Develop compelling marketing copy for advertisements, websites, landing pages, brochures, and email campaigns

• Research industry trends and transform complex topics into easy-to-understand content

• Create educational, promotional, and storytelling content

• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video teams to produce integrated campaigns

• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and communication style

• Proofread and edit content before publication

• Generate creative campaign ideas and content calendars

• Assist in developing scripts for short-form and long-form videos

• Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement

Requirements

Must Have

• Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field

• Excellent English writing skills (grammar, spelling, and style)

• Strong research and storytelling abilities

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Able to adapt writing tone for different audiences

• Familiar with social media trends and digital marketing

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

• Able to meet deadlines consistently

Nice to Have

• Mandarin language skills

• Experience writing for international audiences

• Basic SEO knowledge

• Experience using AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar

• Experience writing video scripts

• Experience in healthcare, pet care, lifestyle, or premium service industries

• Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus
