Open Application – Lead 3D Artist

Open Application is a specific listing for roles that currently do not have an active opening but are expected to be needed in the future. As a potential Lead 3D Artist in our open application pool, you may be contacted when an opportunity opens that aligns with your skills and experience. In this role, you will lead the 3D art team in delivering high-quality game-ready assets, ensuring they meet both artistic direction and technical standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide and mentor artists, maintain production quality, and help drive projects from planning to delivery.

We’re looking for candidates with leadership experience in game development, a strong portfolio of stylized 3D game art, and expertise in tools such as Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine. Experience with procedural content creation tools is a plus.
