Business Intelligence (BI)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Build executive dashboards for head office, owner, directors, and management across multiple companies/business units.
- Translate business requirements into effective BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
- Build and maintain self-service BI datasets to support scalable analytics across business units.
- Collaborate with Data Engineer to ensure dashboard data is accurate, clean, and ready for analysis.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.
- Ensure consistency of KPI definitions such as revenue, profit, margin, cashflow, receivables, inventory, and operational performance.
- Optimize dashboard performance through data modeling, calculated measures, filtering, and query optimization.
- Monitor and validate data consistency between BI dashboards, data warehouse, and source systems.
- Prepare management reports and present insights to business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, Reporting, Dashboard Development, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or other BI tools.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of data modeling for reporting.
- Experience in building executive dashboards, operational dashboards, and management reports.
- Solid understanding of data warehouse, data mart, KPI development, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to align BI solutions with business objectives.
- Good understanding of business metrics in finance, sales, operations or multi-company reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
