About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1.      Brand Strategy & Positioning

·         Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with target audiences.

·         Define and maintain brand identity, voice, and positioning across all channel.

·         Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

·         Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications.

·         Develop retail expansion strategies and optimize distribution channels.

·         Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors.

·         Drive sales growth through strategic planning and market penetration

2.      Marketing & Growth Management

·         Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

·         Develop data-driven growth strategies and track key performance metrics

·         Oversee content creation, social media, and digital marketing initiatives

·         Optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies

·         Build, mentor, and lead high-performing brand and marketing teams

·         Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and conduct performance reviews
