The Admission & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving student enrollment growth and enhancing the school's brand awareness and reputation. This role oversees the entire admissions process, develops and implements strategic marketing initiatives, builds strong relationships with prospective families, and ensures a positive customer experience from initial inquiry through enrollment. The position plays a key role in achieving the school's enrollment targets while promoting the school's vision, values, and educational programs within the local and international community.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Education, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Master's Degree is an advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, marketing, business development, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Previous experience in an international school or educational institution is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and CRM systems.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Customer-service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Admissions Management

  • Lead and manage the student admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.

  • Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve annual enrollment targets.

  • Conduct school tours, parent meetings, and information sessions for prospective families.

  • Maintain regular communication with prospective parents and ensure timely follow-up of inquiries.

  • Oversee application reviews and coordinate admission assessments and interviews.

  • Prepare enrollment reports, forecasts, and admission statistics for management.

  • Ensure all admissions records and student data are accurately maintained and kept confidential.

  • Build strong relationships with feeder schools, relocation agencies, and community partners.

  1. Marketing and Communications

  • Develop and execute annual marketing and student recruitment plans.

  • Manage the school's digital marketing activities, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

  • Create and coordinate marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and school publications.

  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

  • Coordinate school events, open houses, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.

  • Develop partnerships with organizations, businesses, and community groups to increase school visibility.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and enrollment trends to identify opportunities for growth.

  1. Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective families throughout the admissions journey.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for students and parents.

  • Collaborate closely with academic and operational departments to support student recruitment initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current families to support retention and referrals.

  1. Reporting & Strategy

  • Prepare monthly reports on admissions, enrollment conversion rates, marketing performance, and recruitment activities.

  • Manage the admissions and marketing budget effectively.

  • Support the Head of School and Leadership Team in achieving strategic enrollment objectives.

  • Contribute to the development of long-term student recruitment and retention strategies.
