Job Description
• Financial Reporting:
Prepare and manage monthly & annual financial statements.
Conduct financial analysis & reporting for management.
• Tax Compliance:
Ensure proper tax filing & reporting for company compliance.
• Financial Control:
Oversee daily transactions (AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliation).
Ensure accurate bookkeeping & compliance with accounting standards.
• Supervision & Team Development:
Lead, train, and evaluate the accounting team.
Work closely with other departments on financial matters.
Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting from reputable university with min GPA >3.00
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting (Previously worked as a Senior Accounting Staff or Supervisor).
• Excellent in Ms. Excel, have experience using NAV will be advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc.).
• Solid understanding of tax regulations (VAT, Income Tax, e-SPT, e-Faktur).
• Experienced in accounting software .
• Strong financial analysis & budgeting skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
• Leadership & problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented & able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication & teamwork skills.
