Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Business Development professional located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of Sosplan Creative’s services. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business strategies and achieve targets. This position will be :
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, acquisitions, and new markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert leads into clients.
- Leverage networking, social media, and other channels to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential accounts.
- Collaborate with the digital team to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present business proposals to clients and potential partners.
- Work with the entire internal team to align business strategies.
- Share market insights to inform product development and marketing efforts.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to assess effectiveness.
- Prepare reports for management on business development activities and results.
- Conduct all marketing activities, both digital and on-ground, to generate revenue for the company in any form.
- Collaborate with the Account team for upcoming clients
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Market Research to identify opportunities and trends
- Excellent Communication, including written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Service to attract and retain clients
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus
- A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Experienced in an agency is a plus
