As a Sports Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of sports-related travel, including accommodations, transportation, and event logistics. Your mission will be to ensure that athletes and sports enthusiasts have a smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable travel experience, whether it's for competitions, tournaments, or fan tours.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sports teams, event organizers, and individual athletes to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Plan, organize, and book transportation (flights, buses, etc.) and accommodations for sports events, ensuring optimal convenience and comfort.
Coordinate with various travel vendors, hotels, and transportation agencies to negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients.
Manage travel itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate, up-to-date, and communicated to the relevant parties.
Address and resolve any travel-related issues, providing prompt solutions and exceptional customer service.
Stay updated on sports events, tournament schedules, and venue information to plan travel logistics effectively.
Arrange group travel packages for sports fans, including game tickets, accommodations, and exclusive experiences.
Monitor and control travel budgets, keeping expenses within specified limits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners to foster long-term partnerships.
Full training provided - no experience necessary
Requirements:
Must have computer and/or smartphone
Must be 18 years or older
Must reside in the U.S.
Self motivated and goals oriented
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language. Additional languages are a plus.
