Job Description
- Responsible for managing the overall KOL Affiliate strategy to drive user acquisition, registration, approval, and transaction growth.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators, micro KOLs, community promoters, and performance-based creator partners.
- Design and optimize affiliate campaign mechanisms, including commission structure, incentive rules, ranking rewards, and performance bonus plans.
- Manage affiliate creator communities to improve creator activation, participation, retention, and repeat promotion.
- Coordinate with Growth, KOL, Branding, Creative, and Product teams to ensure affiliate campaigns are aligned with business goals.
- Track affiliate performance data, including registration, approval, transaction, CPA / CPAP, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Identify high-performing affiliate creators and build long-term cooperation plans to scale quality traffic.
- Monitor affiliate content quality, promotion compliance, fraud risk, fake traffic, and abnormal conversion behavior.
- Build and improve SOPs for affiliate recruitment, onboarding, task distribution, content review, commission calculation, payment tracking, and performance reporting.
- Lead and manage the KOL Affiliate team, including daily task allocation, performance tracking, team training, and execution quality control.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL affiliate, creator affiliate, performance marketing, influencer marketing, community growth, or user acquisition.
- Must have previous team management experience, including team target setting, task allocation, performance review, and team development.
- Must have proven successful cases in affiliate growth, creator referral programs, commission-based campaigns, or performance-driven KOL campaigns.
- Able to provide past campaign examples with measurable results, such as registration volume, approval volume, transaction volume, CPA / CPAP improvement, ROI, creator activation rate, or affiliate revenue contribution.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian creator ecosystem, TikTok / Instagram affiliate behavior, creator communities, and performance-based campaign models.
- Experienced in designing commission mechanisms, incentive plans, creator ranking systems, and performance bonus models.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze creator performance, conversion funnel, cost efficiency, and campaign ROI.
- Strong execution and problem-solving ability, especially in managing large numbers of creators and daily campaign operations.
- Familiar with fintech, payment, digital credit, e-commerce, F&B, lifestyle, or app growth campaigns is a plus.
