Brexa is currently seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Senior Executive on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the Japanese Metal Industry located in Cikarang
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in English/ Japanese Literacy, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Board of Directors (BOD) Secretary or Executive Secretary
Previous working experience in a Japanese company is mandatory
Experience in handling executive schedules, business correspondence, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination
Experience in supporting senior management and dealing with confidential information
Experience in communicating with Japanese management and multinational stakeholders is highly preferred
Proactive, mature, and service-oriented personality
Strong integrity and commitment to confidentiality
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Flexible and willing to support management requirements beyond routine administrative duties
Good teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills
Familiarity with Japanese business culture and work etiquette will be an advantage
Job Description:
Managing PD’s calendars, appointments, meetings, entertainment and travel arrangements
Handling business correspondence, emails, letters, and other confidential documents
Acting as a liaison between PD, internal departments, headquarters, and external parties
Preparing reports, meeting summaries, and business documents in English
Managing filing systems and ensuring proper document control and confidentiality
Assisting PD with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Supporting digital documentation and GA operation (car booking, golf, etc.)
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to prepare professional business correspondence, reports, and presentations
Strong coordination and multitasking capabilities
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
