About :
Conduct sales activities for insurance products within the SKK Migas Asset business segment, analyze sales performance, and support the achievement of the Department's sales objectives and targets.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sales of insurance products to achieve new business and renewal sales targets effectively and efficiently, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage customer service activities for assigned accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, while complying with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor and assist in the collection of outstanding premium payments from assigned clients by coordinating with the relevant collection function to ensure timely and accurate premium payments.
- Monitor the progress of insurance claims for assigned accounts and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Support product research and the development of new insurance products aligned with market needs, company policies, and business strategies.
- Coordinate with the Underwriting team throughout the risk acceptance and policy issuance process, including providing the necessary underwriting information from the insured.
- Ensure the delivery of after-sales services for Energy business clients, including risk management workshops, policy socialization, market reviews, and other agreed client engagement activities.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular courtesy visits, business entertainment, and relationship management with existing clients and prospective customers to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- Minimum 4 years of professional work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Certified General Insurance (CGI) certification is preferred.
- Marketing Management training is preferred.
