Position Title: Trade Marketing and Sales Support

Departemen : Sales Development      

As a Trade Marketing & Sales Support, you will serve as a vital bridge between the marketing team, sales team, and retail partners. You will be responsible for designing and executing in-store marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. On the other hand, you will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth business processes, from order processing to sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor the trade marketing budget

• Create & conduct reviews of modern trade promotions.

• Monitor and track all trade-related activities.

• Manage and oversee the Market Surveillance List (MSL).

• Lead and mapping and development sales team

• Break down the sales target

• Managing Distribution and outlet relationships

• Responsible for planning executing and supervising trade marketing program and campaign which relate to B2B partner

Job Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field with GPA min. 3.00

• VET Background is preferable

• At least 2 years of experience handle trade marketing and sales

• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven

• Must have own vehicle

• Maintain and develop the existing account

• Conduct daily visit to existing account

• Proposed initiative of event activation program based on their needs to supervisor to help the existing account
