Join our team to build high-quality, secure, and scalable Android applications while leading technical initiatives and mentoring developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Android application development.

• Proven experience leading Android development teams or technical projects.

• Strong expertise in Kotlin (Advanced).

• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose for modern Android UI development.

• Experience integrating and managing Firebase SDK (Analytics, Crashlytics, FCM, etc.).

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Android application deployment.

• Experience handling application security, penetration testing (Pentest) findings, and implementing security best practices.

• Knowledge of Release Management, including Play Store deployment and version control strategies.

• Familiar with Git, REST APIs, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Android applications.

• Provide technical guidance and mentor Android developers.

• Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

• Integrate and optimize Firebase services across applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, and DevOps.

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best development practices.

• Manage application release cycles and coordinate production deployments.

• Address security vulnerabilities identified through penetration testing.

• Improve development workflows by implementing and maintaining CI/CD processes.

• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous performance improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store.

• Knowledge of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).

• Experience with dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger), Coroutines, Flow, and Unit/UI Testing.

• Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools.
