About the role
Join the dynamic team at PT NPLUS TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA as a full-time Social Media Admin. This role is responsible for executing daily social media publishing, maintaining a vibrant online community, and handling all inbound customer service inquiries, orders, or complaints across social platforms and chat channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you'll be doing
1. Inbound Customer Support & Sales Inquiry Handling
Provide fast, helpful, and professional responses to all incoming messages, comments, and inquiries across channels (Instagram DM, TikTok, Comments Inquiries, Partnership, etc.).

2. Inquiry Tracking & Basic Reporting
Log frequent customer FAQs, recurring product complaints, or common operational issues to share with the product and marketing teams.

3. Resolve customer complaints or issues gracefully, escalating complex technical or operational problems to the supervisor or relevant department when necessary

What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Social Media Administration, Telesales, or a similar digital front-line role, preferable from Digital Agency

- Exceptional written communication skills with strict adherence to correct grammar and spelling. Ability to switch tones smoothly (e.g., empathetic for complaints, enthusiastic for sales).
- Practical experience using messaging dashboards (WhatsApp Business, Meta Business Suite, omnichannel chat tools) and social media apps (Instagram, TikTok).
- Highly resilient and patient when dealing with demanding or frustrated customers, with a natural knack for conflict resolution.
- A "fast-response" mindset. Ability to multitask between multiple chat windows without losing attention to detail.
