Job Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement Culture (CIC) across the organization.

• Conduct root cause analysis and identify improvement opportunities for business processes, customer complaints, and non-conformities.

• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Participate as an Internal Auditor in quality management system audits.

• Standardize and maintain business process documentation in accordance with document control procedures.

• Review and analyze quality, operational, and KPI data to drive performance improvement.

• Facilitate Continuous Improvement, 5R, and Safety programs throughout the company.

• Deliver training and awareness programs related to new standards, improvement initiatives, and quality systems.

• Monitor the implementation of Suggestion Systems and Continuous Improvement projects.

• Compile monthly departmental KPI reports and Management Review data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and support sustainability initiatives, including CSR and environmental data monitoring.

Qualifications

·         Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management or related.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic understanding of:

  • Quality Management System (QMS)

  • Internal Audit

  • Continuous Improvement

  • PDCA Methodology

  • KPI Management

  • Document Control

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5R/5S, or ISO Management Systems will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willing to work in Jababeka 2, Cikarang.
