PT CETCO Oilfield Services Indonesia is seeking experienced and motivated Field Crew Operator to support our operations for the Suban Project. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering field services related to Well Testing, Solids Control, and Waste Management while ensuring compliance with operational and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Execute field operations related to Well Testing, Solids Control, and Waste Management services.
Operate and monitor field equipment in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
Ensure all work activities are performed safely and in compliance with HSE standards.
Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate field documentation.
Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and other operational personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational readiness.
Requirements
Education
Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Candidates with D3 in Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas operations.
Hands-on experience in Well Testing, Solids Control, and/or Waste Management services.
Experience working at remote field locations is preferred.
Mandatory Certifications
Valid T-BOSIET Certification.
Skills & Competencies
Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Willing to work on a rotation basis and be assigned to remote project locations.

Work Location: Suban Project, South Sumatra.
Employment Type: Contract.
Rotation Schedule: To be advised.
