Our client, SB Dental Group is looking for an experienced and strategic HRGA Group Manager to lead and strengthen the Human Resources & General Affairs function across our growing business group.

In this role, you will not only oversee SB Dental, but also support and manage HRGA operations for other business units within the same group, including property and retail businesses. This is a great opportunity for HR professionals who enjoy building systems, driving organizational growth, and partnering directly with business owners and leadership teams.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end HRGA functions across multiple business units within the group
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, organizational structures, and manpower planning
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, BPJS, employee administration, and industrial relations
• Drive KPI implementation, performance management, talent development, and employee discipline systems
• Oversee General Affairs functions including facilities, assets, vendors, and operational support
• Partner directly with Directors and Business Leaders to support business growth and operational excellence
• Build a scalable HRGA system that supports the expansion of the group

✅ Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor, Manager, or equivalent leadership role
• Strong understanding of Recruitment, Payroll, BPJS, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, and General Affairs
• Experience handling multi-branch, multi-unit, or group business operations is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working directly with Owners, Directors, and operational leaders
• Willing to travel between branches, business units, and project sites when required
