Kualifikasi

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Psikologi (diutamakan) atau bidang terkait

2. Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

3. Mampu mengadministrasikan & menginterpretasikan alat tes psikologi (_menjadi nilai plus_)

4. Berkemampuan dalam komunikasi, negosiasi, & interpersonal skill

5. Terampil menggunakan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel) & Google Workspace

6. Rendah hati & memiliki visi melayani sepenuh hati 200% (lebih dari ekspektasi tim & pasien)

7. Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan & mempunyai growth mindset serta positive attitude

Tanggung Jawab

1. Mengelola seluruh siklus proses rekrutmen

2. Strategi rekrutmen internal (promosi/mutasi) maupun eksternal melalui berbagai platform secara aktif

3. Psychological Assessment

4. Mengelola publikasi lowongan kerja yang menarik, membangun database bakat (talent pool) jangka panjang, & memastikan pemenuhan target pengisian posisi (Time-to-Hire) berjalan efisien

5. Menyusun laporan & evaluasi proses recruitment
