Job Requirements
Experience in Telkom Project
Minimum 1 years of experience in project control or project management, preferably in FTTH/OSP projects.
Strong understanding of telecom project workflows (planning, construction, and delivery).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) and project tracking tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
English proficiency is required.
Job Responsibilities
Familiar with work permit application procedures and communication skills, with excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
Track and analyze project progress, resources, and costs.
Prepare project reports and dashboards and submit them on time.
Identify potential issues/risks and provide solutions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Support project management in decision-making through accurate data and reporting.
