Job Description:
Prepare Material Request (MR) drafts based on requests from project teams.
Coordinate with PCE and DCE teams to facilitate the publication of configurations.
Monitor site sign-off, site verification, and related KPIs, including OTD1, MOS On Time, and MOS Accuracy, to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
Support project delivery by ensuring the timely availability and supply of equipment and materials.
Collaborate with internal supply chain functions, including warehousing, delivery, reverse logistics, HTM, and POD, to ensure smooth material flow and operational efficiency.
Requirement:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Material Control, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related function.
Prior experience in the Telecommunications (Telco) or ICT industry is preferred. Exposure to products such as switches, routers, and fiber optic equipment will be considered an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proficient in SAP, ERP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with strong hands-on experience in system utilization for inventory and material management.
Solid expertise in stock opname (inventory counting), material control, inventory forecasting, and stock availability management to ensure uninterrupted project operations and timely material supply.
