Job Description

• Build partnerships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers for project opportunities.

• Introduce and present our products to prospective clients based on project needs.

• Identify customer needs and provide suitable design solutions.

• Manage the sales process from initial approach, quotation, and negotiation to project hand-over.

• Develop strong relationships with clients and business partners to support sales growth.

• Achieve sales targets and maintain regular activity reports through CRM systems periodically.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Architecture or Interior Design.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Sales in premium building material industry.

• Strong network with architects and interior designers.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented with strong sales closing capability.

• Own vehicle and willing to travel for site and client visits.
