We are looking for a Purchasing Maintenance General to handle non-inventory procurement for project, maintenance, operational, and general company needs. This role is responsible for vendor sourcing, purchasing coordination, cost control, and ensuring timely procurement to support smooth restaurant and central kitchen operations.
Handle procurement of non-inventory items for project, maintenance, operational, and general company needs.
Manage purchasing for new restaurant development projects including construction, interior, MEP, equipment, and other project-related materials/services.
Execute procurement requests based on BOQ, work orders, and department requirements while ensuring specifications match operational needs.
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, HR, Marketing, and Operational teams regarding purchasing timelines and procurement requirements.
Handle procurement for maintenance needs including spare parts, repair materials, technical services, equipment, and utensils for both restaurants and central kitchen operations.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors/suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, quality, lead time, payment terms, and service agreements.
Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, vendor performance, and procurement progress to ensure timely completion.
Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, vendor database, purchase records, and invoice coordination with Finance/AP.
Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports including PO recap, procurement status, outstanding items, and procurement issues impacting operations or projects.
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the F&B industry.
Experienced in handling procurement for project development, maintenance, engineering, or restaurant operations.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, communication, and cost control skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement/ERP systems.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple procurement requests in a fast-paced environment
