Job Desc. Details :
- Manage customer data and ensure document completeness.
- Process new service installation orders and monitor progress until completion.
- Handle service modifications, including upgrades, downgrades, and customer data updates.
- Process reconnect, suspend, and disconnect requests in accordance with company procedures.
- Verify customer information and supporting documents before service activation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service status in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service administration.
