Responsibilities
Handle recruitment and onboarding processes for factory employees.
Manage employee administration, attendance, leave records, and personnel documentation.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee relations programs.
Act as a liaison between local employees and Mandarin-speaking management.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company regulations and labor laws.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written); HSK certification is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
