PT EverPro Indonesia Technologies is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) to lead manufacturing operations and support continuous improvement in our production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved.
Manage production manpower, work allocation, attendance, and team performance.
Coordinate with Chinese management and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
Monitor production processes, analyze abnormalities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and production output.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, production standards, and company policies.
Coach, train, and develop production operators to improve performance and skills.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Mandarin proficiency (HSK 4 or above / Business Mandarin) is required.
Willing to work in Karawang, West Java.
