HR & GA Manager (Industrial Relations & Facilities)
Requirements
Min. S1 in Law
Assistant Manager or Manager level
Minimum 5 years HR & GA experience in manufacturing companies
Leadership experience managing HR, GA, and support teams
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law & Industrial Relations
Good analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Experienced in labor union negotiations and PKB discussions
Experienced in employee relations, disciplinary cases, and HR compliance
Experienced in training & recruitment processes, organizational development, permit & licenses, and health & safety (P2K3)
Proficient in spoken and written English
Responsibility
Manage HR & GA operations
Lead industrial relations and labor union negotiations
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
Oversee recruitment, training, and HR development activities
Control and monitor facility operations, building maintenance, utilities, and contractors
Preferred: Experience in Japanese manufacturing companies.
