Job Opportunity: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

A. Sales Growth

• Develop and implement Sales Strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Identify and comprehend local demographics to accelerate new car sales.

• Develop and sustain robust alliances between internal operational teams and financial institutions to ensure seamless buying experiences for customers.

B. Aftersales Performance

• Manage the service and parts departments to optimize aftersales performance while maintaining compliance with official warranty guidelines.

• Manage spare parts inventory controls to optimize turnover rates and minimize dead stock.

C. Cross-Functional Operations

• Oversee talent management in coordination with Human Capital, evaluating performance metrics (KPIs) for all dealership staff to maintain high dealership standards.

• Proven ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and develop agile strategies to overcome market challenges

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (open to any discipline with relevant automotive experience).

2. Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience within the automotive retail sector, ideally as a Branch Manager.

3. Possess strong leadership, strategic skills, a target-driven mindset, and exceptional negotiation capabilities.

4. Available for placement in Medan – North Sumatra or Cibubur – East Jakarta. Please state your location preference.
