Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other business correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Receive and assist visitors and clients.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
- Assist management with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ensure accurate data entry and proper document filing.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree or relevant vocational course.
At least 1 year of administrative or secretarial experience is an Advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including:

- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
