Lina Boutique Villas & Spa is a fast-growing Moroccan-inspired luxury spa in the heart of Kuta, Lombok. We combine authentic wellness traditions with exceptional hospitality to create unforgettable guest experiences. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Spa Operations Supervisor & Trainer to lead our spa team and help shape the next stage of our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily spa operations and ensure SOP compliance.
- Train, coach, and develop Spa Therapists.
- Maintain luxury treatment and service standards.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and retail stock.
- Recruit and develop new team members.
- Create a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture.
-Requirements
✔️ Minimum 2 years' experience as a Spa Supervisor, Spa Trainer, Senior Therapist, or in a similar leadership role.
✔️ Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills.
✔️ Experience with luxury spa operations, training, scheduling, and inventory control.
✔️ Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven.
✔️ Available to join immediately.
What We Offer
Basic Salary: IDR 6,500,000/month
Treatment Commission: IDR 30,000 per treatment hour
Performance Bonus based on individual and business performance
