What you'll do
Deep, scalable keyword research (seed ? cluster ? search intent) for multi-language markets
Build topic clusters and content briefs for the blog
On-page SEO: content structure, internal linking, meta, schema
Technical SEO audits: indexing, crawlability, canonical, hreflang, Core Web Vitals (with the developer)
Run the editorial calendar and content production via CMS (WordPress, etc.)
Monitoring and reporting: Search Console, GA4, rank tracking
Requirements
2-5 years SEO with proven results (traffic/ranking growth)
Strong technical SEO — able to discuss on par with a developer
Expert keyword research with Ahrefs / Semrush / Google Keyword Planner
Content/blog SEO experience: content briefs, search intent, on-page
Familiar with a CMS (WordPress, etc.)
International / multi-language SEO (hreflang & localization)
Google Search Console & GA4
Nice to have: basic HTML/CSS, AI-assisted content, link building/outreach
What success looks like (first 6 months)
A keyword universe + topic cluster map built for priority markets
Editorial calendar running with content shipping consistently
Organic traffic and ranking keywords trending up
A repeatable content brief ? publish ? optimize workflow in place
