Responsibilities
Organize and supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works on construction sites.
Coordinate MEP subcontractors and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor work quality, project schedules, and compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
Review and interpret MEP drawings and technical documentation.
Plan and coordinate MEP activities with architects, structural engineers, and other construction teams.
Manage tasks, progress tracking, and reporting using Bitrix.
Inspect installations to ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and health & safety requirements.
Identify and resolve technical issues on site to maintain project progress.
Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Site Manager, MEP Supervisor, or MEP Foreman.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
Must have an established team of qualified MEP specialists and subcontractors capable of carrying out electrical, plumbing, HVAC, low-voltage, and related installation works.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documentation.
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp is an advantage).
Experience using Bitrix for task management and reporting.
English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
