MEP Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works on construction sites.

• Coordinate MEP subcontractors and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor work quality, project schedules, and compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.

• Review and interpret MEP drawings and technical documentation.

• Plan and coordinate MEP activities with architects, structural engineers, and other construction teams.

• Manage tasks, progress tracking, and reporting using Bitrix.

• Inspect installations to ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and health & safety requirements.

• Identify and resolve technical issues on site to maintain project progress.

• Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Site Manager, MEP Supervisor, or MEP Foreman.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.

• Must have an established team of qualified MEP specialists and subcontractors capable of carrying out electrical, plumbing, HVAC, low-voltage, and related installation works.

• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documentation.

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp is an advantage).

• Experience using Bitrix for task management and reporting.

• English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality installations while meeting project deadlines and safety standards.
