Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Creative Development
• Develop content ideas, concepts, and creative themes for various digital platforms.
• Support the preparation of content calendars and production timelines.
• Conduct research on social media trends, audience behavior, market topics, and competitor content.
• Prepare content briefs, scripts, storylines, captions, and production references.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to support campaign objectives, product communication, and brand storytelling.
2. Graphic Design
• Create visual content for social media, website, digital ads, and promotional materials.
• Design banners, posters, thumbnails, e-flyers, presentation assets, and campaign visuals.
• Ensure all designs follow the company’s brand identity and visual standards.
• Manage, organize, and update visual assets for ongoing content production needs.
3. Video Production
• Support photo and video shooting for social media, campaign content, podcast, webinar, short film, office content, and promotional materials.
• Prepare production equipment such as camera, lighting, audio, props, and supporting materials.
• Assist in setting up shooting concepts, scenes, angles, and production flow.
• Coordinate with talents, hosts, analysts, internal teams, and speakers during production.
4. Video Editing
• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, website, and digital ads.
• Add subtitles, simple motion graphics, music, sound effects, transitions, and visual elements.
• Produce both short-form and long-form videos based on platform requirements.
• Ensure the final output has proper visual quality, audio quality, pacing, and message clarity before publication.
5. Podcast Production
• Support podcast concept development, topic preparation, and rundown creation.
• Coordinate recording schedules with hosts, speakers, analysts, and guests.
• Support audio and video recording for podcast sessions.
• Edit and repurpose podcast content into short clips, reels, shorts, teasers, quote content, and social media posts.
6. Live Streaming Production
• Support technical preparation for live streaming, webinars, live market sessions, and educational events.
• Operate or assist platforms such as Zoom, YouTube Live, and other streaming tools.
• Prepare audio, video, visual materials, slides, and supporting assets.
• Ensure live sessions run smoothly and provide basic troubleshooting when needed.
• Manage recordings for documentation and repurposed content.
7. Content Management & Distribution
• Organize and archive all company content assets, including raw files, edited files, templates, and published materials.
• Schedule and ensure content is published according to the approved content calendar.
• Coordinate with the Content & Community Team for distribution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and community channels.
• Monitor content performance as input for future content improvement.
• Maintain a clear and accessible content library for future production use
