Role Overview
The Host (Court Crew) serves as the primary point of contact for guests and players at Ola Social Padel, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and well-managed experience across all touchpoints. This role blends hospitality service, front desk coordination, and court operations, requiring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and operational awareness.
The Host is responsible for maintaining service excellence, operational flow, and court readiness while embodying the social and community-driven spirit of Ola.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience & Hospitality
Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience aligned with Ola’s service standards
Greet and assist guests promptly upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor
Build rapport with players and foster a welcoming, social environment
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance
Handle guest feedback, concerns, or complaints in a calm and solution-oriented manner
2. Court Operations & Readiness
Ensure all courts are clean, safe, and fully operational before each session
Manage lighting, equipment, and court turnover between bookings
Monitor ongoing matches and provide support when required
Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues
3. Booking & Administrative Handling (Supporting)
Manage reservations via WhatsApp and booking systems (e.g., Playtomic or equivalent)
Coordinate schedules for court bookings, coaching sessions, and activities
Process payments accurately and handle cashier responsibilities
Maintain organized and up-to-date booking records
4. Opening & Closing Procedures
Execute daily opening checklist (system setup, cleanliness, readiness)
Perform end-of-day closing, including payment reconciliation and reporting
Ensure operational areas are secured and aligned with SOPs
5. Team Support & Event Assistance
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Support tournaments, social events, and community activities when required
Contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, front desk, or sports/recreational operations
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to create a welcoming, friendly, and professional guest experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in basic to conversational English
Ability to handle bookings, payments, and basic administrative tasks with accuracy (POS, WhatsApp, booking systems)
High attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs to ensure smooth daily operations
Physically fit and comfortable working in an active environment (padel playing experience is preferred)
Reliable, well-presented, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with padel, tennis, or similar sports environments
Basic understanding of court etiquette and game flow
Experience supporting events, tournaments, or community activities
Interest in sports, wellness, or lifestyle hospitality
