Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the Automation segment.
Solid knowledge of Factory Automation products, including PLC, Drives, HMI, Servo, and Inverter.
Strong sales skills with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Capable of developing and executing unique, impactful cross-channel go-to-market plans through cold calling and client visits.
Strong logical thinking with high attention to detail, including clear and effective communication with customers.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure while continuously learning new skills.
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and respect for data confidentiality.
Possess a valid car driving license (SIM A) and willing to travel domestically and internationally.
Proficient in English.
Proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin Chinese would be an advantage
Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and develop relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions using Mitsubishi Electric products
Conduct product demonstrations and presentation.
Achieve sales targets and develop strategic sales plans
To coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Product management & Marketing)
Planning management & Reporting for Activities and achievement
