Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in brand management, marketing communications, or event management, preferably in hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and public relations.
Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns and large-scale events.
Strategic thinker with analytical ability to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Willing to be placed in Bali.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand and marketing communication strategy to strengthen the company’s market positioning.
Align branding and communication initiatives with the company’s overall vision, revenue goals, and tenant engagement strategy.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication platforms, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Oversee the company’s digital and offline brand presence, ensuring a strong, modern, and consistently relevant brand image.
Oversee the development of creative marketing content, including campaigns, advertising, press releases, social media, and digital assets.
Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of company events, ensuring they are innovative, high-quality, and aligned with brand strategy.
Collaborate with tenants, partners, and external agencies to create events that attract customers and enhance overall mall experience.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event performance analysis to maximize ROI.
Design and implement effective communication strategies to promote the events.
Oversee advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Strengthen media relations and manage partnerships with influencers, press, and community stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the Brand & Marcomm team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
Provide regular reports, updates, and recommendations to management on departmental performance and strategy effectiveness.
