Merchandising
Analyze sales, inventory, and product performance to support buying and merchandising decisions.
Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and allocation to optimize inventory.
Prepare business reports and provide recommendations to improve performance.
Retail Operations
Lead and develop the Operations team to ensure effective daily execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
Conduct boutique visits to monitor store conditions and operational readiness.
Manage operational supplies, maintenance coordination, petty cash, staff commissions, and uniform orders.
Coordinate client gifting initiatives and approve operational requests such as product exchanges.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues, including POS, EDC, internet, and store equipment.
