Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in mandatory training sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the first year to build expertise in insurance business operations.
• Independently conduct sales activities, including client consultations, to promote insurance products.
• Actively recruit and build a network to expand business opportunities.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets to drive business growth.
Job Requirements:
• Age: 25–40 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major; preferably in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Communication with minimum GPA: 3.0
• At least 3 years experienced preferably in marketing, sales, or financial services
• Good communication skills, able to deliver ideas clearly and persuasively
• Strong presentation skills, confident and clear in presenting to influence others
• Target-oriented mindset, able to work under pressure and achieve monthly/annual targets
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills, with potential to grow into a leadership role
• Networking and business development skills, with an existing network and proactive approach to building relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong motivation, discipline, and vision to succeed in the insurance industry
