The Administrative Staff (Finance & Tax Support) is responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance and Tax departments by managing documentation, correspondence, filing systems, and ensuring that all administrative records are accurate, organized, and maintained in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance and Tax departments.

  • Prepare, manage, and maintain business correspondence and official documents.

  • Organize, file, and maintain financial and tax-related documents in both physical and digital formats.

  • Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing invoices, tax invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.

  • Support the preparation of documents required for internal and external audits.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the completeness of administrative documentation.

  • Assist with tax administration processes under the guidance of the Finance and Tax team.

  • Input and update administrative data into company systems and spreadsheets.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of company information and sensitive financial documents.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Finance and Tax departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3), preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, finance administration, or tax administration role is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

  • Strong organizational and document management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

  • Willing to learn and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
