Job Description:

  • Menjalankan fungsi sebagai Frontliner, yaitu melayani customer dan juga menjelaskan terkait produk.

  • Melakukan telemarketing untuk meningkatkan kunjungan customer.

  • Menyediakan dan mendistribusikan data customer (lama dan baru) secara profesional dan efisien dalam membantu customer baik sebelum, saat dan setelah menjalani perawatan di Miracle Aesthetic Clinic.

  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim medis, estetik, produk & kasir untuk memastikan customer terjadwal dan terlayani dengan baik agar meningkatkan kepuasan customer.


Requirements:

  • Pendidikan D3, D4/S1 Manajemen, Perhotelan dan sejenisnya (freshgraduate are welcome).

  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Frontliner di perbankan atau perhotelan minimal 1 tahun.

  • Berpenampilan rapi & menarik.

  • Memiliki perhatian dan minat di bidang kecantikan.

  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Surabaya
